MS. MARISOL RIBES

Ms. Ribes has more than 15 years’ experience leading human resources in international companies in fields including automotive supply chain and renewable energy. During that time she consulted to management on staffing plans, compensation, benefits, and organizational structure. Ms. Ribes also has extensive experience in M&A due diligence and post-merger integrations. She started her career as a consultant and moved into HR where her responsibilities also included project management, designing job-education programs, and employee coaching to improve their success rates. Ms. Ribes holds a degree in law and a master´s degree in global reward management.
