MR. RAFAEL ROMERO

Mr. Rafael Romero is the CEO Europe and in this function he leads our daily operations in Europe. He has over 15 years of experience in the CRO industry, with his main areas of expertise being Innovation, IT Strategy, Project Management, Process Engineering and Electronic Data Capture (EDC).When at MDS Pharma Services, Mr. Rafael Romero was developing internal solutions for the management of the organization, an experience that allowed him to gain substantial knowledge about the business. He then managed the IT department in Spain and in 2009 additionally became the Director of the Clinical Data Management department. Following a successful performance improvement program in the CDM Department, his responsibilities were more recently extended to cover all back-end departments. Mr. Rafael Romero holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences from Univ. Córdoba, Spain, and a Executive MBA program of IE Business School in Madrid.
