Linical Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Yodogawa-ku, Osaka; President and Representative Director: Kazuhiro Hatano) announces that it will revise its CXO (Chief Officer) structure effective July 1, 2026, with the aim of supporting sustainable growth, enhancing corporate value, and further accelerating global expansion.
In addition, certain changes will be made to the executive structure of the Company’s Korean subsidiary on the same date.
1. Transition to the New CXO Structure
To strengthen its management foundation supporting a rapidly expanding global business, Linical introduced a CXO structure in June 2024.
As two CXO members will retire at the end of June 2026, the Company will renew its CXO structure to further advance its initiatives. A key highlight of this change is the promotion of globalization and diversity within the management team.
Linical will appoint Miguel Urrutia, an executive of the Company’s U.S. subsidiary, as CIO (Chief Information Officer). Mr. Urrutia will not hold an officer/employee position at Linical’s head office in Japan.
By welcoming Mr. Urrutia as a member of the Linical Group’s top management team, the Company will incorporate diverse perspectives across countries and regions into management decision-making, build a more effective global management framework, and further accelerate its global expansion.
